4C Lighting Warranty Policy

All 4C Lighting products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with a product purchased directly from us or through an authorized dealer, please contact us at support@4cautolighting.com or submit a request via our website.
Be sure to include the following:

• A detailed description of the issue

• Photos of the product in question

• Your order number and proof of purchase

Warranty Coverage

This limited lifetime warranty applies only to 4C Lighting branded products and is valid for the original purchaser for the lifetime of the product, starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 4C Lighting. We may require additional documentation or ask that the product be returned (at the customer’s expense) for evaluation. If your claim is approved, we will choose to:

• Repair or replace the product at no charge

• Issue a full refund

• Provide store credit

Third-Party Products

For items manufactured by other brands and sold by 4C Lighting, the manufacturer's warranty will apply.

Important Notes

• This warranty covers parts only—labor and installation costs are not covered.

• Claims made more than 30 days after purchase may require the customer to cover return shipping.

 

Warranty Exclusions (What’s Not Covered)

Your warranty may be voided if the product has been:

• Installed in non-standard applications (e.g., racing, commercial or fleet use)

• Dismantled, modified, or altered in any way

• Improperly installed, handled, or maintained

• Damaged due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or acts of nature (flood, fire, etc.)

• Resold or transferred to another owner (warranty is non-transferable)

• Returned without original packaging or in damaged condition

• Subject to multiple or suspicious claims by the same customer

• Lacking required documentation or proof of purchase

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state or country.
