Refund Policy

4C Lighting Refund Policy

Effective for All 4C Lighting Orders

Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@4cautolighting.com or fill out a return request form on our website.

 

Section 1 – Returns

We offer a 30-day return window beginning the day your order is delivered. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Tags must be intact

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase (receipt & order number) is required

Note: Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned.

 

Section 2 – Fees

A. Return/Refund Restocking Fees (Non-Negotiable by Vendor)

  • 4C Lighting: 15%

B. Exchange/Handling Fees (Non-Negotiable by Vendor)

  • 4C Lighting: $15 flat fee

C. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect by 4C Lighting. In such cases, we will cover return shipping by providing a prepaid return label and waive return fees.

 

Section 3 – Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@4cautolighting.com.

 

Section 4 – Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. If your order has already shipped, it will need to be processed as a return (see Section 1 & 2).
All cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover non-refundable credit card fees.

 

Section 5 – Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal-use items (e.g., hats, jewelry, underwear)

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Unsealed software or electronics

  • Items damaged due to improper installation

 

Section 6 – EU Customers: Right to Withdraw

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery—no reason required.
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We’ll refund your original product and shipping costs. However, you are responsible for return shipping fees and applicable restocking fees (see Section 2). Some exclusions from Section 5 still apply.
